Dr. Khursheed Zia, MD

This doctor will run an hour behind. Instead if simply acknowledging that he is running behind or offering a simple apology, he will then lecture you about how much worse he has it when he goes to a doctor. Gives lectures without offering any real advice. Seems to think people are automatons rather than reasoning beings with their own lives outside of his office. I would recommend a provider who can at least pretend to respect their patients.

Advised son was not taking prescriptions as prescribed. Nurse advised she would put a note in his file. My son snorts one of his medications and takes a months dosage in two days. The next visit, Dr. Khursheed Zia doubled dosage. Visits are done via internet. My son ends up in the ER after every visit with Dr. Khursheed Zia. Dr. Khursheed Zia will not speak with you. I understand the doctor does not know if the patient is abusing the prescriptions but they should listen when someone is letting them know. Dr. Khursheed Zia has made my son's condition worse and I am in fear my son will end up losing his life. My son is 19 years old and this is very sad.
