I waited 3 months for an introductory virtual appointment. I was told virtual appointments were the only ones available. At the time of my appointment, I logged into a portal and filled out the papers. While I waited for the Zoom appointment to begin, someone called me and told me I must answer personal questions about my health with someone I never met. I felt uncomfortable but was declined an appointment unless I answered the questions. It was protocol. I told the supervisor who then said, "Why didn't you come in person? We've been seeing patients in person for months!" I told her I had asked to be on a waitlist to come in as soon as possible but no one called me -- in 3 months!! If you are looking for a caring practice who wants to help you more than the insurance companies -- keep looking.
