Dr. Arredondo coordinates with some of the local attorneys. She will side with the attorney whose lawyer has good terms with her. Make sure that you depose her and audit all payments made to her during the course of the trial.

As a provider often hired by the court, her primary goal is to help whoever is paying her (lawyer, state, parent) not to help the patient. That was clear in the experiences I had with her. My children were very uncomfortable with her, and the things she said to them were manipulative, coercive, and I consider abusive, particularly for children who were going through emotional trauma. As others have mentioned, she passes judgment on people (not her job as provider) and treats the patient in a way that will favor whoever is paying her. BE CAREFUL.

My schedule is difficult because of work, and she went out of her way to talk to me when it was convenient for both of us. She really cares about the kids, and she made them feel comfortable when talking with her. It is rare that a person can be smart and good with people, she is both. I learned that the judges trust her, and send her difficult cases involving families and divorce. I am convinced that is what the 1 star reviews are about. Unfortunately, some people don't like hearing the truth about themselves. Some people write bad reviews because they did not get what they wanted. Dr. Arredondo is a professional and will not be fooled by smooth talking. I'm convinced she is objective. Just be yourself when you meet her, and things will work out as they should.

Kim Arredondo will smile in your face and belittle and remake what you state to her. She twists things up as if you said this or that when you don’t. She is very biased and swayed due to personal reasons. She will pick sides from the beginning and make things look bad on mothers. She does what she needs to to ensure men get custody unaware of what’s really going on. She does not as true questions to children how are you handling the divorce or do you know what’s going on. How do you view your mom and dad. She will speak to one side more than the other. She is court appointed doesn’t mean she’s the right one. My child has Medicaid and states she only plays with her they make things but stopped asking questions. She is a fraud!!! She is not thorough. Only speaks to the fathers side and that’s it. She does what she needs to make the fathers side win so they can puff their chest out like they won. She is a pathetic excuse for a counselor!! I have been through couseling before and have… never seen someone who seems as if they didn’t care. She is fake fake fake. I’m suprised judges don’t read the reviews and research and consider all things before using this witch!

She has a criminal record. Food stamp fraud and more. There’s more just look!

I can't even believe that anyone would leave a bad review for Dr. Arredond! She is beyond amazing. She listens to both sides and is the most professional, unbiased and caring doctor. People leaving bad reviews must not like to hear the truth. Dr Arredondo has only the childrens best interest at heart always.

My response is the same as others. This psychologist is very swayed by her personal experiences. She chose sides at the very beginning. She has a son that shares custody, therefore she thinks everyone should share custody. According to her, anything my husband said was true, and anything I said was a lie or an exaggeration. I threw money in the toilet!!!

Went into private and forensic practice for money. Be ready to spend.
