Dr. Kim Lan Escudero, MD

Kim Escudero, M.D. a board-certified pediatrician, joined the pediatric staff at Mammoth Hospital in 2003. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of California, Irvine, in 1998. Prior to that, she graduated from Albany Medical College where she obtained her medical degree. Dr. Escudero received her undergraduate degree in Biology at Siena College in New York. She has been in practice since 1998 and has worked in both the private as well as public clinic settings caring for children ranging in age from newborns to adolescents. Her hobbies include alpine and cross-country skiing, mountain biking, motocross and martial arts. She has attained the level of first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She currently resides in Mammoth Lakes with her husband Mike Karch, M.D., an orthopaedic surgeon at Mammoth Hospital?s SPORT Center, and her three children, Mia, Dane and Olivia.
