2 days ago, after a 3-minute phone call discussing a UTI I may or may not have even had, Dr. Faulkner prescribed me the poison called Cipro. After taking 3 of the prescribed doses, I was completely unable to walk on my left foot. I did some basic research and the consequences of taking it - tendon problems and peripheral neuropathy - are LIFE LONG. It’s been almost 24 hrs and I can still feel pain in my Achilles even when I’m lying down, and all signs point to this being PERMANENT, something I discovered by research I had to do myself bc my doctor didn’t talk to me about it first. I’m turning 30 soon. I walk (fast), wear high heels everywhere, and ice skate regularly - all things I may not be able to do ever again. A 3-minute phone call & a reckless, irresponsible prescription have ruined my life forever.

First you have to wait 5 min to have someone answer the phone. Alicia at the front desk is a horrible employee: first she would not book at appointment for 2 weeks in advance for new patients. She said to call back the next day. I asked her to call me back since she would have access to the appointments schedule. She said that cannot do that! I call back the next day, she hung up on me. The way she talks is so condescending, I just don't understand why she is doing that job if she is going to treat people like that. Anyway...bye bye Dr Faulkner.
