Dr. Kim Ngoc Nguyen

It has been quite challenging to find a Dr. that truly cares about your well being and takes the time to ensure they address all of your concerns as opposed to being another number for the provider to see. This has been our experience until we came across Dr. Nguyen. My god! She is amazing!! She was extremely patient with listening to all of our concerns and really made sure we understood what options are available regarding my daughter’s vaccinations. As there are so many approaches on what, we as parents should do and recommendations coming from family, friends, schools and social media that can vary vastly; it is difficult to know what is right, not feel judged or pushed to do something we are not comfortable with. Dr Nguyen explained everything in a manner that kept us informed but also easy to digest and allotted time to for us to conduct our own research. She made us feel seen, safe, comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Nguyen is immensely knowledgeable and is pretty evident… she has been practicing for a long time according to her patient care standards. Ultimately we decided to lean on what she recommended as we trust her judgement. She will certainly be our family Dr. for years to come.

Dr. Nguyen is truly one of the most compassionate and attentive family medicine physicians I’ve ever encountered. she takes the time to listen without rushing, makes you feel heard and respected, and approached care with genuine empathy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a provider who truly cares.
