Dr. Kim Thu Chu

This doctor is all about money. She conducted surgeries without appropriate diagnosis first…Avoid this bad doctor.

Although, Dr. Chu appears to be a caring healthcare professional her office staff and office manager Alison Ernst are dishonest and fail to follow up with imperative patient needs., and told my employer I was no longer a patient there. Wow! I will also be filing a complaint with HCA healthcare.

She is the best obgyn. Listens to you, gives you choices, really cares about you. Made my delivery easy.

I have been coming here for years and I will never ever return to Dr Chu. During my yearly exam she asked me a question and I answered it honestly and briefly talked about a non serious normal issue that was probably nothing....spoke about it for maybe 30 seconds. Well apparently this disqualifies you from being charged as a yearly exam and makes it an office visit... I have been billed for things that are just simply untrue and not asked for! They did a Pap test in the lab that I was charged for that I never knew anything about and I was charged my copay for the visit when I should have paid nothing. She is becoming money hungry!!!! Also she is always rushing and makes you wait over 2 hours to see her. No one is helpful in this office. I also had to call LITERALLY seven times to get my pills refilled. Do not waste your time or money on this JOKE of a doctor. Garbage.

DO NOT choose Dr. Chu as your provider. This was the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. There were multiple upset patients present both times that I was there for prenatal care and Dr. Chu was extremely hostile to me as a patient, including while I was undressed on her exam table. I left the exam room and office in tears without completing my exam while Dr. Chu made accusations that I had thrown a business card at her. I have reported this to Cy Fair Medical Partners. I'd agree with a previous review about misdiagnoses. Dr. Chu is not very informative for being in her field for so long. The staff is very unorganized and unfriendly. They may as well just have a fax as the only means of contacting their office, no one ever answers the phone.

Simply can't trust this doctor at all!!

This doctor is all about money. She wants to conduct surgeries or procedures without appropriate diagnosis first such as referring her patients to get an ultrasound...etc. The front desk receptionist is AWFUL...just terrible. The NURSE IS AWESOME, but has to deal with KIM NEGLECTING some of her PATIENTS. Please be very careful going to see KIM!!

Dr. Chu is very caring and listens to her clients. I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Chu is amazing. I have always hated going to the lady doctor and quiet honestly, was the person who would cancel the day before just to avoid it. When my husband and I started trying for kids, I knew i had to actually find a doctor, and Dr. Chu was a God sent! She makes her patients feel comfortable, always takes time to explain everything and answer any and all questions. She just delivered my first son and our experience was amazing despite the unpredictables. Throughout my stay at the hospital I continually saw her and she was always checking on me. She endured I was comfortable with every decision and provided emotional and physical support, before, during, and after my delivery. I highly recommend Dr. Chu.
