Dr. Kim Thi Van

Dr. Van was wonderful through my process. Having my teeth all pulled was a hard experience for me and some of her staff has also been wonderful. The tech that was working with her the day that I had all of my extractions helped me tremendously. how ever there is always that one! I have the other tech every time I have gone back so far, and she tells me "well they are dentures", Like I don't know that and I am trying to deal with this process, I don't need her to treat me as if I am stupid along the way. I have had to continually ask her to adjust the temporary dentures because they hurt and still get the "well that is how dentures are". I know that there is an adjustment period to them but when she can't get them correct and they rub sores in your mouth and on your gums because "they are dentures and that is just the way they are" doesn't work. My temporary dentures don't fit right and have been uncomfortable and have now rubbed sores in my cheek, because that is where dentures are… suppose to fit??
