Kim and her staff are great. The office is always neat and clean and everyone is courteous and I have found Kim to be very detailed and explains everything.

I truly believe Kim is more concerned with her skincare and Botox business than she is with being an NP. I have a family member who goes to her. She did not read all of the medical records and charts sent to her from this family member’s previous provider. Kim did not want to “deal with” this family member’s documented diagnosis. Instead of communicating this at the first appointment, she waited until the second appointment to tell my family member. I suppose primary care and gyn needs are not money makers like Botox and other “wellness by the sea” menu items. I’m very disappointed and know the frustration my family member feels. It seems that Covid has turned many providers into self-righteous or callous people who forget that we are trusting them to help us.
