Dr Kimberly Cincotta Cole

Takes on too many clients. She rushes through each appointment, never calls to check in or update you, has you see the N/P more times than her. Not what i want for my first pregnancy so i went elsewhere.

I stated clearly that I wanted to be present when my 15-yr old daughter and Dr. Cole discussed her treatment plan. That request was ignored, the doctor gave my minor daughter medication and instructions in my absence. When I expressed concern, I was accused of "creating a racket." The office was filled with expectant mothers, nursing mothers and mothers of very young children. Everyone was kept waiting a long time, with a blaring TV on a trashy show, with no toys or accomodations for the toddlers or nursing mothers. The toddlers, as one might expect, were wild and loud with nothing to do and no distractions. Mothers nursed in the waiting room, which is fine with me, but maybe a comfortable chair and privacy would have helped them. Having said all of this, my daughter's treatment plan was reasonable, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I recently went to see Dr Cole, the staff at the front was fantastic, friendly and nice. That is the only thing going for this office. The nurse Tanya was rude, abrasive and rushing. Dr Cole rushed through my appointment and had a horrible bedside manner, this is my first pregnancy and I have a lot of questions. Dr Cole couldn't be bothered with my questions. I will be finding another office to continue my pregnancy with.

I am astonished at any less than stellar reviews of this practice! I delivered my first baby at another local hospital and while my experience wasn't awful, it was nothing compared to the care I have received by Dr. Cole, her NP, Fran and their whole staff. We moved to the Winchester area last year and a handful of my girlfriends and a couple moms at our local play group recommended Dr. Cole, so when we learned we were expecting baby number 2, we scheduled an appointment with her. First of all, I am pleased to report that when you call an actual live person answers the phone! The girls at the front desk are always the same 2 women and they are super friendly and efficient. My appointments were always quick and thorough, but never rushed. There may have been a few times that the wait was longer than 15min but I don't ever see a doctor of any type without some wait time, so that was not an issue for me. Dr. Cole and her NP, Fran work very well together and communicate well with… each other. I am always impressed with the friendly nurses that take my vitals and I look forward to my visits! My husband and I could not be happier with this office, we look forward to our delivery at Winchester Hospital and maybe another delivery (or two!) in the future with Dr. Cole.

Love Her! She is great and I would not leave despite the long wait to see her.

Please find the other doctor. Staff really worst ever. It's like they are doing treatment for free. And doctor will hardly spend 5 minutes with me. She was my OB doctor. Never follow up and they are always in hurry. Never ask question and will not give you chance to speak.

I'm a new patient and the Dr. office felt like a low income clinic. I have been there 2 times. The first time I waited for 1 hour, when I went to the desk to ask why I was waiting so long they told me the dr. left to deliver baby. Why didn't they tell me before that time. I thought it was very unprofessional. I rescheduled my appt. When I returned I waited for another 45 minutes before I was seen. The nurses were good and so was the Dr. For that reason I will keep going back.
