Tried to schedule an appointment with her four times. The appointment time was confirmed but the day of the appointment she was always a no show! Each time received “the doctor won’t be in the office today” and I rescheduled. The really sad part is most times I was told that the day of the appointment! Three of the four times I only found out when I called to confirm as I was leaving …which you’d better do with her… based on this experience! The one today was the worst! Originally scheduled for noon I subsequently received an email stating I needed to pre register for my 1:45 appointment (what)? Given her past history I called and, yep, was told “the doctor won’t be in the office today for your 2:00 appointment” what? Btw we live 140 rt from her office so canceling that day as we are going out the door is no small thing! Very sad patient care and experience. If this is her pattern based on my experience I think somebody needs to be evaluated…maybe? Hope this is not an example of… her attention and concern for your medical issues? I’ve been with Mercy for years but this is one instance where they really disappointed me as a care provider. Anyway, finally told them “you win” and just said forget it!
