Dr. Kimberly Denise Hawkins, MD

She didn't order my epidural until I was about 2 minutes from giving birth, she chose the worst anesthesiologist in the whole state of Texas! He talked on his phone while he was giving me the epidural and they waited so long that it did not take. Literally two minutes later I was pushing. Then she didn't circumcise him when he was born I had to wait two weeks later to get an appointment to have my son circumcised. That is just unacceptable in my book! I would never recommend her to anyone! If I could give zero stars I would.

Both staff and doctor are extremely rude. The doctor refused to see me, flipped me off, rolled her eyes at me and all but told me to leave her office because I politely insisted on having my temp checked on my wrist instead of my forehead.

Dr. Hawkins never seem to take the time out with me and truly hear my concerns. I always feel rushed! My last appointment had me in tears because I had questions and her response was to come back in two months. I wanted her to give me other alternatives to treat a fibroid and she could care less. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to continue being seen by her for the convenience, but I know I'm not getting the best care.

Please choose another Doctor to go too.She had my vagina leaking like faucet after my papsmear was done.She was so rough with my vagina.

I got to know Doctor Kimberly Hawkins through the first and the second pregnancy of my wife. With the first pregnancy, Doctor Kimberly was always there for my wife to answer all her questions and guide her throughout the pregnancy. My wife was very calm during her pregnancy and the delivery even though she did not have any family members around her. Doctor Kimberly was more than just an OB/GYN doctor, she was the family that my wife was missing. My wife trusted Doctor Kimberly with all her heart and counted on her. Doctor Kimberly Scheduled the delivery and she was there. I will never forget the moment doctor Kimberly held the hands of my wife, in the delivery room, and told her "everything will be alright", and, in God will, it was. My wife delivered our first little princess. We were so happy and very grateful to God and Doctor Kimberly. After one year, Also, Doctor Kimberly delivered our first boy and did the circumcision on him and it was perfect experience too. Doctor Kimberly is… experienced doctor, professional and before anything, she is very compassionate. Also, I am honored to mention the wonderful staff that Doctor Kimberly has. They always met us with big wide smile and worked with us on our appointments.

Dr. Hawkings was absolutely awful! Not only does she not have any respect for anyone's time but her own, she was rude, dismissive, and way too overly aggressive. She gloved up before entering the room, touching only God knows what before she got to the room, including the nasty door handle. During a routine exam, she was so aggressive with the speculum that I was literally dripping blood onto the floor, only for her to passive-aggressively tell me I should have told the nurse I was on my period. (Which I wasn't). She then proceeded to clean the mess with what looked like a Lysol wipe, (still in her gloves) before doing the manual exam with her fingers (still in the same nasty gloves!!) She spoke with nothing but distain, making it feel like she was excusing her lack of bedside manner for my lack of intelligence. By the time I got to the desk, I was sore, burning, and bleeding through my jeans. When I asked her if I should be concerned about the amount of blood, she had the nerve to… actually say "well, you know, stress does affect our periods" like I'd never had one before. If I could give a 0, or a negative, I would!

I went to get checked because I rarely had my period .. she put me on birth control to get them .. I was having so much pain so I went to get an ultrasound and she told me I had a large ovarian cyst and needed to get my whole ovary removed . So I signed for it the day of the surgery she told me she saved my ovary ( thank God ) like a week later one of my cuts opened up and when I went to go see her she said it was fine ..... she literally took less than 5 min to see me . Everytime I went she took less than 30 min to see me . I went to a new doctor and she told me I had PCOS!! Dr Hawkins forgot to mention that . PLEASE DONT GO TO HER !

She was referred by my own mother, she helped me birth my son and 5 yrs later I always go back amazing!

Please Run...I never want another Pap smear in life. This lady is not gentle whatsoever, please go to someone who cares. Dr Hawkins needs a new profession, like a butcher or something.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, she has very poor bedside manners and she makes you feel very rushed because she is the only doctor in office and she is operating out of two offices. She is never on time and on different appointment times, she has been 45 min to over an hour late.
