Everyone was great !

She is very thorough and gentle. She is always smiling and listening. Has excellent bedside manners.

I have been going to Dr. Heroux for over 5 years. She is very sweet and compassionate. She takes her time to explain things and she is interested in you as a person and remembers what is happening in your life even a year later, which shows how much she cares for you as a human being. But when I had some issues she always diagnosed it and treated it correctly. Her staff is very sweet and prompt too. Never had any problems. Just make sure that your procedures are covered with your insurance.

Doctor didnt do any tests which she supposed to do, i told that i will pay by myself and later insurance will reimburse the money, so money is not a problem, but she still was confused about it and decided not to do the tests. Now i have to come back to her to do the tests and pay for the appointment again! Doctor was dressed in a short dress, as if she just came back from a bar or a night club, everybody else had white robes or scrubs, but doctor Kimberly doesnt seem to care to dress like a doctor. When i was supposed to come for my second appointment, they cancelled it 1,5 hr before the appointment and offered me an appointment in TWO weeks which is insane and totally unnacceptable! Doctor is very disorganized and unprofessional. Waste of my time and money.

Dr. Heroux is amazing, sweet and made me feel so comfortable.

This office is run like a well-oiled machine. The staff is always pleasant and polite and extremely helpful. Dr. Heroux is an answer to a prayer for me. She is always professional and helpful and eases my fears regarding less than perfect exam results. She's the best!

Dr Heroux took the time to listen it seems I just wasn't a number she took time to listen and cares about you the patient. What an excellent doctor and person

Dr Heroux is incredible!! She really takes her time and really listens. She cares so much and is very focus on all aspects of patient care!! Can't recommend her enoughð???

The entire office staff goes above and beyond the call to help... They answer the telephone in a timely and friendly manner. If you need to see a physician they do their utmost to make it happen. They care!
