Dr. Kimberly Norton Kurland, DO

Waited over an hour after scheduled appointment. Some days she runs 2-3 hours late.

My experience with Kimberly Kurland was the worst I have ever had with a so called medical professional. I am in my 60's and scheduled an appointment for an annual physical examination. After having vitals taken by a nurse, Dr. Kurland rushed in, asked me a few questions about my history, checked my eyes, ears, reflexes, and listened to my chest. She never even sat down and then gave me forms for lab work and a mammogram. When I informed her that I had not had an examination in over two years and asked her if she was going to examine me and do a Pap smear, she informed me that this would be done on my next appointment. I then asked about a flu shot and she sent me back up front to wait for the nurse. All of my documentation was sent to the facility ahead of time and I made an appointment for a complete physical. I absolutely did not get a physical examination although I did get a bill for $263.00 which was paid by my insurance company. I am outraged that this medical facility actually… was paid for doing nothing other than give me a flu shot. I will never return to Greenspring Family Medicine and can not believe that this woman actually calls herself a doctor. If you are reading this and are considering this person as a choice for a doctor, you would be wise to re-evaluate your choice.

Each visit, across the board with Dr./Staff, has been EXCELLENT.

I think Dr. Kimberly Kurland is knowledgeable in her field. She listens well and is always kind. I never feel rushed like I have I some offices. I sometimes have to wait but it is worth it since I know I am going to get someone that will take a moment to listen.
