Dr. Moon is an expert at making babies. She treated my partner and I with kid gloves and tailored the treatment to my needs. My fiance and I trusted Dr. Moon's compassionate expertise and it resulted in us being three months pregnant after our first IVF round! Dr. Moon's team was instrumenatl in the process because they acted as cheerleader and coach throughout. No question was too silly and someone was always available to take my frantic calls. Dawn, the RN on Dr. Moon's team is the most brilliant and kindhearted individual. Zura, who is part of the front desk staff at K Street always made sure I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. I am so grateful to this team.

We absolutely loved Dr. Moon! She was very calm, reassuring and knowledgeable and made the whole process much more bearable. At one point, she even spent time consoling me after one of our first few cycles didn't work. We were sad to not be pregnant but also devastated financially because our insurance didn't cover much. Dr. Moon not only helped me regain my emotional strength but then she and her team helped us figure out how to make our finances go farther. We are thrilled with our SG baby

I had no idea what to expect walking into the doctors office. i was unfamiliar with fertility clinics and what they could offer. Dr. Moon was immediately disarming. She provided me with clarity on how they could help, the steps that i would need to take and the science behind everything. i felt immediately at ease...like walking into a hug. With so much uncertainty swirling in my head, it was nice to work with Dr. Moon who put me immediately at ease.

I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Moon thus far. She is handling my IVF cycle and I've found her to be extremely knowledgeable with a friendly bedside manner.

Dr. Moon is not only an excellent doctor but made me feel like I mattered during my treatment. I felt like she really cared about my dream of becoming a mother and did her best. I am very thankful to her for her using her God -given skill in making my dream come true.

I don't know how anyone can have anything negative to say about Dr. Moon. My husband and I had our first consultation appointment with her yesterday, and she was so lovely: very direct (in a nice way), kind, explained things well, and made us really comfortable -- as well as all of the staff at Shady Grove. And, I had to go in for a followup appointment today, and she performed the sonogram, not a technician, and again, she was so kind and warm and explained things really well. I think she's really wonderful.
