Dr. Kimberly Lynn Ploehn, MD

I was looking for a female Dr and decided to give Dr Ploehn a try. Her Nurse was very rude, the Dr has no personality at all and showed no real interest in me as a patient. I know several women who go to this Dr and ALL have nothing good to say about her and nurse. I have grown weary of Dr's who obviously don't even like people. The nurse there was the worse I had even seen personality wise. When I told a few people about my experience they ask me if I was talking about the heavy set mean nurse or the nice one... Really.? I didn't go back

Staff is rude and not knowledgeable. Doctor has terrible bedside manner, insisted I had had a heart attack (she was wrong), gave me no help on a hip pain issue and did not follow up after finally ordering xrays. I would not recommend to anyone.

Beware of this doctor if you have to meet a deductible - I got charged $95.00 for a "follow up" visit that took about 5 minutes.

I wouldn't recommend this Dr's office to my worst enemy. She never reviewed my test and when I called after two weeks it was found I needed to be referred to a specialist. Then after another week of not hearing anything I had to call again only to find out nothing had been done. Secretary hung up on me twice because I was upset - gee, really?

The nurse and so called Doctor were both rude, the receptionist was the only one that knew what she was doing. The Doctor has no bedside manner. DO NOT let her give you a pap smear. I was in so much pain and bleed for a week. They should not have a license or be in business. Our family is into holistic health we were hoping that they were more knowledgeable, it's more less a vitamin shop. The New Day is not a true Spa. Don't be fooled by the name.

Would not recommend this Doctor. High turn around in Office Staff. Lots of errors.She has a habit of not reading all the results. Guess' at a lot of diagnosis'. Likes you to have alot of follow up appts which seems to appear a way to get more co pays. Three of us friends have let this practice and went elsewhere.
