I do not recommend this dermatologist. I came in with a specific concern, genuinely looking for help, answers, and a treatment plan. Instead, I was met with rudeness, unclear communication, and a dismissive attitude. I felt like I was being looked down on for asking questions and trying to understand my condition. It was a frustrating and hurtful experience, and I left feeling more confused and unsupported than when I arrived. Patients deserve to feel heard and respected unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

I visited Dr. Rhul for an awful Eczema outbreak. She and her staff treated me with kindness, patience, and caring treatment advice. I was highly satisfied with this office and would recommend them without hesitation!

If I could give this doctor's office negative stars I would! Went in this morning for rash on my eyelid. Upon entering, receptionists were rude and unwelcoming. When I saw the doctor she did not even examine my face, simply wrote a script for an ointment. When trying to fill at my pharmacy they informed me the cost would be almost $300 with my insurance and that no generic was made. I called the doctor back and they were unaware that no generic was made because that was their first answer to tell me. She told me I need to go to a local mom and pop pharmacy 30 minutes away and use a coupon. When I told her that was not an option for me, she placed me on hold for the 5th time. Receptionist then came back and told me to use GoodRx for the coupon and she could see the price was lower on her end. She was in fact looking at an entirely different form of medication. It was eye drops instead of eye cream. I tried to explain this to her but she kept raising her voice and telling me she has to… go she has patients. Am I not a patient also? In the end, the result was I was told to rub eye drops on my skin. Are you kidding me? This doctor's office should be shut down and receptionists should have a serious lesson in how to communicate with others. Worst experience ever!!!

There was no waiting time. Dr. Ruhl is professional and efficient. She actually uses her sense of feel for examining skin and not just a quick see like other doctors I have been to.
