Dr. Kim and her staff is awesome

Office manager is a complete bully.

Dr.smith is indeed a nice Dr, but I believe her staff can use a little adjustment. There's only African American workers, where's the diversity? The workers are indeed lazy, especially the receptionist. Also, the workers have no idea what privacy means, in other words they are not mindful of a patient's confidentiality among others. I am in complete disgust and feel as though this Dr. Left me for dead. I didn't feel as though I was treated to the full potential.

Dr. Smith takes the time to address all of your questions and concerns and has an excellent bedside manner. Her staff is very courteous. I once had a wait in excess of 60 minutes during a visit, however this only happened once. Wait time on all other visits has been approximately 20-25 minutes.

Dr. Smith is a caring and attentive physician. I actually moved to another city over an hour away, but I still travel back to her clinic for my appointments. She is efficient, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients..... GREAT DOCTOR!!!

Love Dr. Smith, Excellent in every area except wait time for visit.

Dr. Kim helped me with spirtually, and gave great advice on my care.
