Kim listened to everything I had to say and believed me when I explained what I am experiencing. She put together a comprehensive plan for me to feel my best and I have never been this hopeful about making health goals accomplishing them

I felt that she really listened to my concerns and was honest about her recommendations. In the past, when I have done video visits with other medical professionals, I felt like they were rushing me to get of the call. But with Kim, everything felt like a normal in person visit, she was thorough and listened to all my concerns. She also explained everything in understandable details and did not speak over my head.
