Very kind, reassuring, and understanding. Explained everything she was doing during the entire process. Great experience.

Cold, callous, and condescending are the best ways to describe this provider. I dismissed previous visits with her unprofessional behavior as maybe her having a reserved/aloof personality. I have never in my life been treated so badly to which I walked out of the building crying. She should not be in patient care period. I hope no one has to have the experience I went through.

Rude and very condescending

I found Dr. Zander to be rude and not very informed of my particular issue. I will not see her again

Right from the get go she was condescending, cold, and uncaring. There were many times I thought her comments were out of line. She minimized my concerns and in fact, acted as though I was stupid for having even brought them up. I felt like it was a total waste of my time. The information she gave me was more basic and general than what Google could have offered me. I left feeling worse than when I came in. Really disappointing. I would most definitely not recommend her to anybody, nor will I ever go to see her again. Honestly, it was the worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. I wasn’t surprised to see similar reviews. The other staff members I spoke to were kind.

I'm an MD, and I chose her based on patients' comments online. I never told her that I was a physician myself. I was SOOOOOO disappointed. From the get go, she was cold, distant, uncaring and sort of robotic. She picked up that I was not happy, and she didn't care. No smile. No careful look at me; she didn't even palpate properly, so why would I expect that she would have ordered the proper blood work? In fact, she didn't order ANY!! If you want a doctor who has YOUR best interests at heart, look elsewhere.

Felt belittled. Felt she was not describing my condition clear enough. She certainly knew how to explain negative things. VER UNCOMFORTABLE. Will Never go back.

Condesending. Short. Answered my questions like I was an idiot. You could tell she didn't want to be there. Left there feeling awful and stupid.
