Great Customer service, listens to her patients needs, takes her time with her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Zoberi.

Whatever they are doing here to take appointments - ITS NOT WORKING. On hold literally till the point it disconnects me. Won't take nurses's appointments through main line, have to leave a message for a nurse to call you back, and they never do (after 4 messages). MyChart is a joke, they don't respond to that either. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they tell me my insurance needs updated (despite updating it IN the office 3 weeks earlier). And don't even get me started on how long it takes for them to respond to a prescription refill... Should it really be this big of a hassle to get in to see a doctor, whether its for routine check up or your sick? I don't think so. SSM is really letting me down after 10 years of being a patient.

I trust Dr. Zoberi's recomendations .

Have no illusions about Dr. Kimberly Zoberi, you are just a dollar bill to her. When the clock strikes 5pm shes forgotten all about you and doesnt care about you in any way, shape or form. She is a spoiled, wealthy, West County woman who always gets her way and doesnt care about anyone but herself. She was my doctor for many years and I can tell you all of this is the absolute truth because Im very well acquainted with her character and skill level as a physician. Dr. Zoberi is just not very good at what she does - diagnosis and problem solving are not her forte. Keep in mind that she is a part-time physician so if its continuity of care youre after you wont get it here. If you have a sore throat or a UTI, she can probably help but if its anything more complex, save yourself the trouble and find yourself an internist.

I love Dr.Zoberi but I wish she was more accessible. Luckily,if I am acutely ill I have other options to obtain treatment but would prefer to see her. I can only see her if I am following up on a chronic condition or getting a physical. I really wanted my son to see her but because he typically only gets acutely ill he was pawned off to her newer parter who is okay but I wanted him to have Dr.Z as his doc and not the other one so I ended up obtaining a more accessible peds doc for him. Keep in mind once the newer partner gets a "full patient load" he will then pawn his patients that need to be seen the same day off on the new guy as well or whatever doc has a time slot open that day. This is how academic offices work - I know - I used to work in one. They are paid on salary and not on productivity. As long as they see a certain amount of patients a day then that's it.

My family has been going to Dr. Zoberi for several years. She is a fantastic doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
