Wow. Lot's of unhappy people on here. I have a great doctor (Aulakh) and think she has a GREAT team that run her practice. The wait from appt. time to seeing Dr. is a bit long (45 minutes?) but that unfortunately is standard. Care, treatment and listening/connection is excellent. Clean facility. -one point for needing to schedule a month or two out but that (I think) is also standard. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Dr. Aulakh and her excellent staff, have been taking care of me for the past 5 years. She is thorough, kind, empathetic, and extremely knowledgable. The same can be said for her office staff, which I feel is so important! I believe a doctor is ONLY as good as their staff. She and her staff set a high bar! Thank you to all.

She got upset with me because I was unable to complete a video conference. That ended our patient/doctor relationship

Never available and cancels your appointments excessively. Always taking vacations and out of the office when called.

I have been with Dr. Aulakh for more than eight years. She is one of the best doctors in Fresno. She goes the extra mile to find out what is causing my different health problems. Would recommend her any time.

I found Dr. Aulakh was fine, but the staff tells me they give her my refills. I don`t get them and I call back. They don`t seem to know I called a week ago, them they tell me they will do it again. What is up with all this. What is their problem.!!!!

Very unfriendly staff. They don't get back to you right away when you have a question. They always put you on hold for a long time! Dr.Aulakh is a good doctor and cares but her staff is not!!!
