Dr. Kindra Anne Larson, MD

She knows her stuff. She explained my problem and treatment thoroughly. She calmed me down about the surgery I needed. The surgery was very helpful and took care of the problem. The only drawback- I have had to wait 2-4 months for appointments.

I'm so disgusted with my experience here. My first appointment seemed overwhelming for the PA and her note taking was a mess for my referring Doctor to read. They asked for a void diary and a two month follow-up. I had to reschedule a few days before, so they had me wait ANOTHER two months for them to actually START to come up with a game plan and HELP me. I received my appointment confirmation the day before, stating the time and location. I show up the next day to the office closed, with zero notice for their patients. As I was standing outside the office, trying to figure out if the mistake was on my end, an employee from another facility walked past me and stated that there had been multiple patients that had showed up right before me, equally as confused. It took me a few days, but I finally got someone to answer the phone to reschedule. I explained what happened, but wasn't acknowledged about it, just quickly scheduled. I finally had my (four month) follow-up to meet Dr. Larson… and she ended up being the RUDEST person I have ever worked with in the medical field. Very condescending, short, irritable, dismissive, impatient and ready to quickly assume because she suddenly started telling me about what I was going through... before I could even FINISH explaining my situation in the first place. Just trying to take my voice away and assuming my knowledge and experiences that I endure with my body on the daily. Completely assuming and speaking over me. The best part? They had FOUR MONTHS to get my records transferred over. Ask me if they had that done? Ask me if the Doctors/Team I hired out of desperation and waited FOUR MONTHS for, were just simply PREPARED for our appointment, especially after standing me up almost two weeks prior, with ZERO accountability? You don't really have to answer, you know?... It's meant to be rhetorical. So my next rhetorical question...How would she know what I'm even going through without my records? After they found out how serious my case actually is, they jumped ship soooo quickly and apparently aren't able to help me the same way a Urologist can. The area they can't help me with was addressed on my very first appointment and received very little concern or hesitation on their capabilities to help in the first place and told me that they would send a request for my record right away. Instead, after meeting with Dr. Larson, I get avoidance and "An extra set of eyes could really help." But here, I'll send over a prescription of AZO for you and a referral to a new doctor! Good luck dragging out improving your health after voicing hopelessness and concerns and waiting FOUR MONTHS for a half assed experience and answer that they could have figured out waaaaay in advance and saved me the time, stress and the fact this was all avoidable by simply calling. By ACTUAL communication and doing the minimum expectation. By looking at my records. Oh wait.... it gets even better! The best best was at the end.... when she didn't even send my Azo prescription in ????. Even THAT was too much for them. The worst experience I've ever had and I've lost track of how many doctors and specialists I'm juggling. Far beyond unprofessional. Such a gross and disappointing experience in every way. Do yourself a favor and get "a second set of eyes" first. Don't waste your time here. Darci that works at the front desk is rad, at least. ??

Dr. Larson office very busy but her staff was nice. I felt that she really care for me. Her scheduler Valerie or Vanessa worked me in sooner and helped me get what I needed she called me late one time. I was surprised she cared to update me.I like her nurse Susan she answered all my questions. I was nervous for surgery but reassured. Dr. Larson really cares it made the wait worth it

I have been in need of help with descendant pelvic floor after a hysterectomy 1 year ago. I was late for my appointment due to the long miles I had to drive. I called the office and was so excited that they agreed to work me in. I was seen after lunch and only had to wait for 10 minutes but.....the visit was a DISASTER! As I started talking I could tell she was not very interested in what I was saying. She kept saying she was not interested in my past history, only what I’m experiencing now. She totally dismissed everything I was saying. She even went as far as telling me that the MRI results were “what they always say” even though it showed a severe cystocele and rectocele. She also kept telling me that I had limited time, as I was a “work in”. But....I guess she didn’t know that the nurse told me that we were lucky because a patient canceled that was scheduled in the time slot they were able to put me. So....after exam, she tells me that she doesn’t see anything and maybe I just… have a bladder infection. I am 40 and think I know what a bladder infection feels like. Lol. She dismisses ALL the symptoms I was informing her that I was experiencing. I left the office with no more answers than I came with. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

dr Larson listens, and if it werent for her wonderful care, .id be miserable and still in constant pain
