Dr. Kiran Ivaturi, MD

I went to see Dr. Ivaturi about numbness in my right arm and he was prompt to see me. He also understood that since I hit my out-of-pocket deductible for this year that I wanted to get everything done as soon as possible and he made it happen. He did not give me any flak for going to CDI for my MRI and his staff was also very understanding about the bottom line financial constraints. While I am still trying to figure out what the issue is with my arm, (awaiting feedback from MRI), I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Ivaturi and his staff.

I was very nervous about seeing a neurologist, but he put me at ease and was very friendly. He explained things well and was able to address my concern very quickly.

I had a bad reaction to medication given to me by my PCP. She was no help to me after taking the medication and told me very nonchalantly that I should see a specialist for my issues. I referred myself to Dr Ivaturi. He had very good bedside manner and wanted to help me find out what was going on and eliminate a few things it could be. He ordered an MRI and followed up with me to discuss results, progress since my last visit, and any other concern I had. I would definitely recommend him to others. You don't find a lot of doctors that are that easy to talk to, actually listen, and don't dismiss a lot of what you tell them. He's great.
