Doctor is very good. worst help desk. Not professional, Always keeps talking their personal calls, no proper response when you call for doctor, no time sense, even you make an appointment you have to wait for more than 1hour.

I had my children long before I started going to Dr. Joshi (in another state) but she has been my regular GYN doctor for 25+ years. I went to her after being exasperated with my male doctor and his staff. I can't comment on her current staff, but I have nothing but admiration and praise for Dr. Joshi. She is thorough, competent and a genuinely kind person. I actually look forward to my visits with her. Not sure what others expect/experience, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with her.

It amazes me when I see any 1 star or bad reviews about Dr. Joshi and her staff. Our experience was totally the opposite. Dr. Joshi is a very experienced OBGYN with amazing bedside manners. She provided all the information throughout the entire pregnancy without confusing us and without information overload as oppose to other doctors who think a normal person can understand all the tedious medical terms. She was always responsive to our emergencies after office hours (one time even at 4 AM). She always encourage her patients with a positive approach. Staff is very nice and friendly, making appointments was super easy. All the nurse practitioners were also knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend Dr.Joshi for anyone looking for a great OBGYN.

My mistake I chose to schedule an appointment with this doctor. First of all, I read the reviews on the doctor and was expecting some friction from the office staff - but let me tell you this office staff is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I have spoken and met the office staff on 3 occasions during my visits between March-May this year. I spoke to only 1 female office in charge, and I can now understand why all the people have so many compaings about their experience. It was my worst experience trying to discuss anything with the said person. First of all, I didnt get a call on my blood work in 2 weeks, thought Dr Joshi had told that someone from the office will call in a week and I can schedule a follow-up accordingly. When I called in to check on the status of blood work, I encountered a down hitting super ruder lady on the phone that just made me sick to the stomach. I have never expected to be yelled at when calling a doctor's office. I am amazed that there are so many… online reviews & feedback specifically for this issue and yet Dr Joshi has not taken any action around this. I have lost all confidence in this doc and will never go back to this office. Also, on the bedside manner, first time in my life did the doc leave the examination room door open and started checking me - I was in total shock had to tell the doc to close the door. There was 1 other couple in other room and they were walking by.

I still dont believe can a doctor's office, or a normal person, be so rude? The female office assistant who takes calls etc is the worst person you will ever encounter. I called in to get my test results and she picked up a fight why everyone calls them again and again. I was like madam this is the first time I have called. When requesting to make an appointment, she started yelling why people dont understand Dr Joshi is only available certain days. I was like I have been to your office only once, I was never provided a sheet with the doctor's schedule. Blodd test was done and doctor asked me to come back in 2 weeks. Just dont understand why this pffice assistant behaves so rudely. I never went to the office again and in future will never do, even though I live 10 steps away from this doctor's office.

Dr joshi is a good person but her staff is very rude,they took forever to give us our lab test results. And when we called them they always gives very rude answer. Front desk is also very rude. They all don't know how to atted pateints

Never told me about my severe iton deficiency till my third trimester. I just have two more months and now I am informed!!!.. And this is the result inspire of me asking for supplements specifically for iron as I had breathing problems.

I really didn have an option and had to visit the doc s office at beech street . I had to wait more then two hours to see the doc only to be given five mins with her. The front desk staff are very rude in behaviour.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Joshi and her nurse Pat. They saw me through two pregnancies, one of which had a bleeding scare and the other which was very late but thankfully both were alright. Dr. Joshi is a good balance of professional and warm and I adore her. I felt safe and well cared for. During birthing, she kept me motivated. The office is very busy and that is because she comes highly recommended by many. You cannot hold that against her if you need wait a small bit.

to people who complain about waiting time and the office appearance - you are stupid. There is no doctor who actually will go above and beyond for you like she does who can guarantee you no wait time . Patients need to be patient and appreciate the doctor and their hard work. Dr Joshi is the kind of doctor who is not only smart and knowledgable but she does everything with her heart. Patients need to appreciate their physician instead of being unreasonable. She's delivered all my children and there's no better person then her.
