Dr. Kiran Manthani Reddy, MD

Dr. Reddy has been my primary doctor for a number of years and I have always found her to be extremely competent, kind and caring. She has taken excellent care of me and I am doing so well for a 98 year old. I have always commented to others on her high intelligence and knowledge. I would highly recommend her!

I’m pleased with Dr Reddy and her treatment of my ailments. The staff is wonderful always greeted with a smile. On several occasions I’ve had to leave messages and my calls are ALWAYS returned in a timely manner. I’ve had other doctors but by far this doctor and staff are by far the best.

Dr.reddy is a great dr. (when you can see her or talk to her) but her staff sucks, they don't follow up and return calls. The staff is never available to take calls and they take no interest in patients concerns. I can call regarding a serious matter and the staff never returns calls as promised, and does not get the Dr. the message. You will have to go to hospital ER for treatment between appointments. Some days they NEVER answer the phone, who can be that busy ALL the time. Recently, I called the Dr office at 8, never got through till 9. They saiud they would talk to dr and call back........6 hours later no call back, so I called and they had not even talked to her. They finally called bck just berfore closing and told me to go to hospital for xray, I went for xray the next morning, no order. Called the dr office and got answering service and they REFUSED to call the Dr. after I traveled over 10 miles to get there......I am changing Drs, I need a doctor I can communicate with any… time, as most elderly people do.

Dr.reddy and staff don't follow up and return calls. Nor does the Dr.treat any other problem on her own. She waits for the problem to get deadly worse. You will have to go to hospital for treatment.

She is a wonderful doctor.
