Dr. Kirankumar P Chauhan, MD

I have seen this MD twice. I would not recommend him. He is arrogant and does not listen to the patient. He has added diagnoses to my record that are not accurate. He is one of those MDs who treats test results and reports not people. He does not seem to be up to date on current medical practice. He keeps trying to order tests that I do not need. I have practiced primary care medicine myself for 32 years and therefore know current standards of practice. I will be finding a new PCP.

If your a women do not go to this dr. He will tell you have a psych problem , he doesn’t look at the over all picture of who you are and health. He has this pattern with women patients just ask around before you decide you need a new dr. And read there reviews. I am shook that he has a pattern with women patients that they all need psych treatment. Maybe he should look into it to get through some underlying issues he obviously has.

I'm a former healthcare professional and strongly advise staying away from this doctor and this office. I've never seen so much incompetence in one office! He didn't listen, so it was necessary for me to repeat myself several times. This prompted him to falsely accuse me of talking too much and thus stating that I have a psych disorder! He tried to force me to see a psychiatrist, take psych meds, etc. When I refused, he again threatened me after having done so several times! He also persecuted me for my faith in Christ, laughing twice when I mentioned the Lord's name! Julie Avert is also incompetent! Their medical assistants and some front desk women are also! Instead of faxing my medical release form, they mailed it, telling me that it takes 5 business days as they use a courier, etc! They messed up in other ways as well.

You feel like a number...doesnt follow up on any complaints given during visit.The PA's and NA there are much more complete in there examinations..try not to see him at all
