First time I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the actual less than 5 minutes being seen. The next time, I was stuck in traffic so I called the office 15 minutes before my appointment to let them know I might be a few minutes late. The staff who answered phone was very rude. She told me not to come because I might be late and she had to find out if they could hold my appointment. THIS WAS 15 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT! So the dr. can be 1hr 20min late but a patient cannot be 5 minutes late, or you will be charged for not on time?? Guess what, I arrived on time that day and still waited over an hour before seeing the dr.

Not a kid friendly place at all. My son was referred to Dr Lautman for ear tubes. Every appointment we waited 1-2 hours. The surgery was scheduled for 8am, but the day before it got rescheduled for 10 - ok now my 2 year old can't eat until after 10am, fine...but then the dr was almost an hour late. We scheduled our 3rd follow-up today for 1st thing in the morning to avoid waiting...we were still there for 1 hour and 20 minutes before he saw my son for 5 minutes. Dr's response, "The average wait time nationally for an ENT is over an hour", and "You must be having a bad day". Well yes, waiting at your office for over an hour with my 2 year old AGAIN, has put quite the damper on my morning. HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE'S TIME, BUT HIS OWN! DO NOT SEE DR LAUTMAN!!!!!
