WARNING!!!! Dr. Koepsel is a TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!! He sent my specimen to a lab that was not covered by my insurance by mistake (their mistake). Now they are telling me it is my problem. SHAME ON THEM!!!! Also, watch Tammy as she doesn't include all the codes on the insurance forms she should and as such you don't get as much back from your insurance company as you should. I caught her after the fact and made her redo it so I could get the rest of my money back. So lazy. Plus, it is nearly impossible to get the office on the phone, or to get them to return a voicemail. It can take a week or more. This is the worst office I have ever seen..... EVER!!!!! But SHAME on them for make me pay for THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!! They have no honor at all!!!!!
