Dr. Hefele is the BEST doctor I have ever had! I'm 70 years old and I have been to a lot of doctors, so I know what I am talking about... For the past 8 years, she has taken First Class care of my wife and myself! I can't praise her enough for her professionalism, empathy, and overall kindness. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for very highly competent AND attentive care. My wife and myself feel extremely fortunate to have found her.

I was lucky to find Dr. Kirsten Hefele. She has been the most thorough, intuitive, and compassionate doctor that I have ever had. She is efficient, and she is good about asking questions. She truly listens to you, and answers your questions with enviable patience. She truly cares about the total body health of her patients, and I am so very grateful to be one of them!

Dr. Hefele is caring, spends time with her patients, is genuine and has helped me get healthy again! I seriously have never had a doctor like her before. I will follow her if she changes hospitals or moves her practice. She is effective and a wonderful doctor. I am so glad we have had her as our doctor. It is evident from her bedside manner that she actually cares about her patients. She loves her profession and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to any person looking for an excellent primary care physician.

I went to Dr. Hefele after seeing the reactions to her online. I had been having problems with chronic pain that no one else could help me with. She was kind and truly listened to what I had to say. She recommended me to a specialist, but had an idea of what it was (she was correct). Since then, she has called multiple times to check in and see how I was doing and make sure that everything was going well with the specialist. I could not have asked for a better doctor!
