My loved one was finally scheduled for gallbladder removal surgery after a ridiculous amount of prerequisite tests required by Dr. Pilchard even after his GP told him clearly after a HIDA scan, blood tests and barium swallow that he needed his gallbladder removed. His surgery was then cancelled because surgeries were deemed either “elective” or “life threatening” because of the Corona Virus. He went to the ER after many more days of excruciating pain, and when the ER tried numerous times to contact Dr. Pilchard, she never bothered to respond. He is still suffering needlessly because this issue was never taken seriously by this doctor. He is now looking for a second opinion and hoping a new surgeon will take better care of him. She’s a disgrace!

Dr Pilchard did my surgery a few years ago and I regret that its taken me this long to write this. She put me at ease and has an amazing bedside manner, second only to her skill as a surgeon. She took the time to answer any and all questions I had and went over every detail of what was going to happen during surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. She is amazing!

Dr. Pilchard was top notch. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and accurate. She made me feel completely at ease with her bed side manner. It felt more like a friend was helping me. I very much appreciated the opportunity to have her be my surgeon.

I was experiencing a relatively high temperature and abdominal pains for a number of days. Dr Pilchard met me at the hospital on a Sunday and after a battery of tests she diagnosed me with an infected gall bladder that needed to be surgically removed. Surgery was quickly scheduled for the next morning and it went well. Throughout the process the doctor explained my illness and the procedure to me very clearly. She was also friendly and very available to me. I am quickly recovering. I could not have had better care. Just as importantly, Dr Plichard has a friendly approach, and an excellent bedside manner.
