Lack of interest in patients

I like Dr. Shah as a doctor, but dealing with her office is a nightmare. They never answer the phone. They never call you back. They screwed up the billing so I paid hundreds of dollars for a test that should cost just a $20 co-pay. They've canceled my appointment and not told me until I showed up for it (after taking time off work to get there!). Getting prescriptions filled takes forever, because they just forget to call them in. I've been stuck without my medication for weeks because of their incompetence. We're not talking oxy here, we're talking ordinary meds that no one would take unless they had to. Much as I liked Dr. Shah, I finally decided I had to switch doctors because of her chaotic office.

One issue after another. Scheduling was mixed up. Wrong address is listed online. The office is not clean, lights out, holes in walls where things used to hang. While being prepped for an ekg the doctor interrupted with a call for the nurse/receptionist who came back complaining about getting in trouble for something someone else did. I waited while to check out while the nurse/receptionist was outside smoking a cigarette. She came in smelling. I paid my co-pay but then got a bill in the mail.
