Dr. Kishu Hashmatrai Nagrani, MD

I had a few good referrals to this doctor and while I like Dr. Nagrani, I am not so fond of some of his front desk staff. Everyone is nice and professional; however, my first visit, I scheduled an appointment at 8:15am. I got there at 8:00am, when the office is to open. The door was unlocked and NO ONE was behind the counter. I just sat and waited with my son for about 5-10 minutes and finally two women walked in. They reeked of smoke and greeted me. I, first of all don't appreciate the smell of smoke, especially being pregnant with my second at that time (some may not be bothered by this). And I don't think it is appropriate for employees to go on a smoking break at the start of their shifts... This didn't sit well with me at my first appointment and while I have not had time to shop around for another doctor, I probably won't stay with this doctor because of this. I think the whole package is necessary - good staff reflects on a good business.
