Dr. Outlaw specializes In Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery of Face, Breast and Body, incorporating advances In Endoscopic (Minimum Invasive) Surgery, Liposuction, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery and Body Contouring. He completed his Bachelor of Science and M.D. degrees at the University of South Alabama, and completed a General Surgery Residency at LSU/Charity Hospital of Louisiana. He completed a Plastic Surgery Residency at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Outlaw received the Excellence In Teaching Award at the Medical College of Georgia in 2000, a Research Grant from American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in 1999, was Outstanding Resident Runner Up at LSU School of Medicine in 1997 and received a Research Grant from the Southern Medical Association in 1994. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr Outlaw did an amazing job on our daughters cleft lip and palate. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner

Dr. Outlaw is an excellent surgeon. He is professional, courteous, friendly, and caring. He is up-close and personal in a professional and caring manner. In a surprising act, he provided me with his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns that I needed him to answer about my treatment or if I had any medical issues. This shows that Dr. Outlaw truly has his patient's health and interest at heart. On each of my visits to the office, his entire staff meets you with a warm and friendly smile. Dr. Outlaw and his staff are amazing!! They are the most friendly and genuinely caring medial office I have ever been to. From answering every question we had to calling to check up on me when I was not feeling well. Front the moment you open the front door and are greeted with friendly staff to the office manager coming out and making you feel at home you are very relaxed before you even see the Doctor, Dr Outlaw and his medical staff are very easy to talk to no ? is Stupid they spend as much time with you as needed for you to feel comfortable about your procedure. I had Breast Cancer and was there for Tram flap reconstruction Surgery, he was very attentive to my Husband and answered every ? on our level of understanding and made sure that we were understanding the surgery...I could on for days about this office and how pleased I have been since my surgery.. If you want the Best then Dr Outlaw is the Best.

I had a breast reduction about 4 years ago from this dr. And I have never been unhappier. After my breast cancer was removed I wanted them evened up, but the dr. Insisted both should be done and lifted. I didn't want that at all and said that more than once but he convinced me to go his route & I did. They look terrible. I had beautiful breasts and now I keep them hidden. He put the nipples very high up and one was stretched on one side and creased like someone pulled a thread too tight. Then there was infection & had to go under his knife again. I regret every day I get dressed that I let him convince me to do more than what I said I wanted. Even writing this is making me cry.. if you want a breast reduction, save your money & talk to more than one dr.

I've never liked doctors or appointments, but Dr. Outlaw & staff are very kind. They answered all 1000 of my questions and made me comfortable. I had some spots removed. One left no scar and the other took a while, but Dr. Outlaw informed me ahead of time that it would. I hope I never have to go back, but this is the office I will use if needed in the future.
