Caring, compassionate, empathic, smart, professional and simply a great doctor.

I really like this doctor. She's very compassionate and does not rush you through the visit. Calls you at home with test results. You don't have to wait forever to get an appointment. In urgent cases, she will see you without an appointment. It would be perfect but for the office staff. I have had only bad experience with them. Sometimes they simply don't pick up a phone so it's better to walk or drive up to the office yourself. Getting a referral or pre-authorization is a hassle and it happens that your are still waiting, after three weeks. It's quite possible the office is understaffed and I commiserate with them but it really shouldn't affect the patients.

Dr. Nowakiwskyj is very caring and thorough. She takes time to check on you whether you are at home or in the hospital.

She is exceptionally caring. Very easy to talk to. Calls me herself with abnormal lab results, etc. Her new office has horrible staff, but I will always go back to her.

Very caring dr. who takes her time with you. Her office staff is great: very warm and greet you by name when you come in.
