Waiting time was long, my request to use a laboratory in my insurance network was ignored and prescribed medicine was incorrect

She is the best!

huge waiting time for one minute visit.Never follow,zero concern about outcome of referrals she made.And again ....hours of waiting for helpless and useless doctor!

The staff is rude and abnoxious. The nurse is careless and trully doesn't belong in a field like this. She has no work ethics whatsoever. She never calls with correct results and when you call her she lies and says everything is fine, meanwhile a week later the doctor herself would call and say some of the tests came back with bad results. e.g. cholesterol, sugar, xrays, etc. The secretary never puts you through to the doctor and always makes up an excuse, says the doctor will call back that same day which she never ever does! I will never recommend anyone to go there. You sit in the waiting room for at least 2 hours per visit. Horrible experience!
