Dr. Komal Narula, MD

I called for an apt as a New patient , I explained my current condition & concern , they surprisingly said come in today. I did. I saw NARULA , she walks in and NO HELLO , ok maybe she’s not fuzzy , next , she says , quote , “ I don’t have time to review your records , you came in as an ER patient , what’s going on “ unquote . At that point I immediately felt horrible n replied with “ if your too busy I can come back another time “ She said well u claim an ER situation Long story short , she told me anything I felt did not correlate to a previous situation resulting in surgery & have NEVER had the symptoms again until now . You can only imagine her reply , it was confusing and STILL rude , unwelcoming , rushed , condescending, just awful . Coming in as first time , worried concerned & in pain , this was a terrible experience not only there but scared me for all of OH doctors at this point. I came home looked at her reviews n many say same and many say rushed & rude. I don’t get… it , why be a doctor if you posses this mentality toward people . We are your patients , the reason you chose this profession was to care for people. NOT w/ NARULA

I left a different gyno a few years ago and found Dr Narula and so glad I did. She listens and is able to determine so much competently and quickly. You are not in her office unnecessarily for hours.. She did treat an issue, made sure I was clear on course of treatment options and follow up. I appreciate a physician who includes my feedback and assumes my intelligence while guiding treatment with her knowledge and expertise.

I had 3 terrible experiences with Dr. Narula. She doesn't listen to your concerns and rushes you out of the office before you can ask questions or get answers. She misdiagnosed me twice and will perform the most expensive procedures/tests without letting you know beforehand until you receive the bill. I was a patient at this office for over 10 years and didn't have a problem until I saw Dr. Narula. The office also handled my concerns in a VERY poor manner so I decided to find a new obgyn.

I have been a patient of Dr. Narula's for 23 years, she's been a wonderful OBGYN. She delivered my daughter and has taken care of all of my needs. Dr. Narula is professional, kind, gentle and understanding, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist.

Her staff is atrocious. And Dr Narula herself seems to be in too much of a rush to really care what you are feeling or want to know. Her nurse practitioner is much more kind and patient. Unfortunately the NP can't do all procedures. I've also found that Dr Narula expects you to stock her medicine cabinet when she asks you to purchase excessive amounts of specifically for me, depo provera. She asked me to purchase 10 shots at a time when 4 is a year supply.

In one word she doesn't know how to deal with patients.So rude,doesn't spend time at all with patient,she does not even try to understnd the problem.You can see her smiling only in the above pic.i strongly reccomend not to visit her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Narula for about 15 years. Her practice is well run and efficient, while being aware of patient confidentiality. Her PA, Leslie, is every bit as good as Dr Narula. All the nurses and staff are kind and easy to talk to. Dr. Narula is also a very good surgeon and performed my hysterectomy several years ago. I really like the fact that they take the time to make sure I am having regular Mammograms (which I hate doing) and will keep calling to remind me!! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great OB-GYN. :-)
