Dr. Kornel Lukacs, MD

The place is filthy. It appears to be a converted garage. No professionalism, all cash, no HSA cards. After 3 calls and a 25 mile trip I was not seen because I did not have cash and during the 3calls was not informed of the cash requirement. I’m sure the IRS would be interested. Do not waste your time. This man is a joke!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The office is dirty. There is no modern equipment at all. Office smells of cigarette smoke. If all you want is medication without an good exam, this is your place. If you want a real diagnosis, go elsewhere (to Pittsburgh or Danville)

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I’d go with..

I am a new patient. I pulled up to the building which looked like a garage turned to office. The outside looked run down. Walked inside and it looked just as bad. It was filthy. The waiting room was very tiny. The reception area was also tiny. The smell was horrible. The Dr. was fussing with the nurse. There was a mess of files and paperwork. It reminded me of a crack house. I left and called the nurse, told her I could not take the bad smell and didn't appreciate the Dr. arguing with her to please cancel my appt. Something is definetley fishy with that Dr.

Wow, now I know why this doctor has a five star rating!! Everyone LOVES him!! I’m know why too from personal experience!! He hands out narcotics like they are tic tacs! My husband committed suicide because of all the pills this guy gave him!! He didn’t have any serious physical problems but this guy loaded him up on pills!! I’m shocked that someone hasn’t taken away his license yet! I hope it catches up with him one day!!! Sick home life too - I was present during an office visit where he called his wife DURING the visit to wire money to his GIRLFRIEND!!! People will never complain about him though because he’s handing out the pills to whoever wants them!!

I think some people should look at just what drugs you can get from this doctor. We were a patient of his but after the extreme wait of almost 3 hours to see the doctor, and the deplorable condition of the office and exam room. The waiting room had a stench and the floor/ carpet looked like it had never been swept with a sweeper. My experience was not a great one and I would not advise anyone to seek treatment at this facility.

Dr Lucas is the first doctor I have ever had that actually called me with testing results. Very nice.

As my primary neurologist, Dr. Lukacs has played a vital role in my recovery process. His knowledge and expertise in his field has allowed him to treat me after an artery dissection, which resulted in a stroke and brown-sequard syndrome. The rarity of my case worried me at first. However, Dr. Lukacs has allowed me to put any worries aside. As my condition has declined, Dr. Lukacs has made the appropriate adjustments in my care to help me maintain progress and has made my quality of life much more bearable. I would highly recommend him to anyone else with a spinal cord injury or any other neurological problems.
