Dr. Asgarian saved my brother's life with quadruple bypass surgery. He could not have been nicer to our family. I tend to ask lots of questions and went to appointmebt with my brother with 3 pages.....he answered every question and made sure we understood everything he said. Surgery at JSMC the family was kept posted entire time. I hope to never need his services but would go to him in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone needing cardiac surgery.

Dr. Asgarian is the BEST and I extremely fortunate to have such a great surgeon. Performed a single bypass and I couldn’t have been in better hands!

My mother is 93. She was vital person living independently in a senior community. As a TAVR candidate she experienced medical issues that were not heart related. Dr. A spoke to me in a glib tone and reiterated both pre and post op that “I am only fixing your valve.” Now Mom’s condition is now poor and there is no cohesive care strategy to promote & support healing to her baseline health. Surgery was successful, but the patient is dying.

Dr Asgarian operated on my husband in Staten Island, 6 years ago. My husband needed 5 bypasses. His recovery was very fast, and he had no complications. We went on a cruise 3 weeks after the surgery.
