The office staff is the worst I have ever encounter. They are rude and it is so difficult to get appointments or reschedule. Leaving the service because there is no use of having a pediatrician when you can not use them when your child needs them.

She is an excellent doctor, but the office staff is the worst. Leaving the practice because of difficulty getting a quick appointment.

We moved so much in our lives, so we have been in different pediatricians all over. We liked the one in NYC. Since then, we haven't found the one we can be confident about our children. Even though we moved out the area, we still hike to see her for our kids. The only down side is the front desk lady. She is very nasty to talk to. Also, it is so busy that we have to wait so long.
