Dr. Kripa Srinivas Sundararajan, MD

Her exam was not thorough. Her diagnosis inaccurate via second opinion. She clearly does not care or is not qualified for her job.

My daughter was suffering from severe daily migraines. Considering the pain she was in, I felt this doctor was not proactive in trying to find the best medical resources. Upon our discussion and agreement we were transferred to another migraine specialist that was much better at listening, documenting, explaining and trying alternatives.

It was extremely easy getting an appointment with Dr. Sundararajan. The woman who made the appointment was very nice and helpful. My child has been a patient at DuPont for years. We love all the doctors there...that is until we saw Dr. Sundararajan. My child's complete medical history and up-to-date information is in the DuPont system. All other doctors we see never have a problem accessing my child's info. Yet, on the day we saw Dr. Sundararajan, she could not access all the information - only a small portion of it. She said no other information was in the system. I wasn't buying it. So, we sat and we gave the doctor a full blown medical history. We discussed why we had been referred to a neurologist. She did a two minute exam on my child. She was very nice. Courteous. But clearly lacks the experience required to diagnose and treat my child. I don't think she believed us when we told her my child's situation...even though we had been referred by another doctor who… clearly states there is a problem. In short, Dr. Sundararajan was NO HELP. To add insult to injury, as a "new patient visit" and "45+ minute visit" she charged our insurance close to $700. For what?? Talking to us and a quick check of my child. We walked out of there knowing nothing more than when we walked in. We won't be going back. I called Dr. Sundararajan's office today to inquire about the charge and the woman who answered mumbled. I couldn't understand a word she said. So I asked her to repeat it. She sounded like she was bored and didn't want to be there. I got transferred to billing. No reply yet. Again, Dr. Sundararajan is a nice woman, but is inexperienced. Don't waste your time or money on her. Find a competent DuPont doctor who can help you.
