Best Dr for helping and understanding my Adult adhd and anxiety. I have been a patient for 15 years and highly recommend this Doctor. Expect high wait times for appointments bc his patient all love him and always take forever to get done talking with hjm.

My son use to see him. We would wait 3 hours after our appointment time. Then one day he decided to get up an leave his practice for good. No way of getting hold of my son's records for new doctor. So had to start all over again.

Extremely rude office assistant named Rochelle. They lie to the patient, and misinform patients with incorrect information regarding copays and financial responsibilities. She insisted that I owed over $200 for a first visit when three separate representatives from my health insurance company all verified that the first visit was covered at 100% as he was in network during the time in question. The insurance company forwarded me proof that Dr. Housers office and staff were advised that the first visit was covered. Rochelle is extremely rude and unethical. This office engages in insurance fraud and unethical business practices. It should be shut down, and licenses removed!

I would highly recommend Dr Houser.

Great Dr very receptive easy to talk to.

The main complaint that I have is that my son 's appointments are made three months out, and they don't call to remind clients about appointments. This has resulted in me promptly receiving a bill for $30 for a missed appointment on two occasions.

He is attentive , treats patients like real people, really gets to the root of your problem , he is so friendly and helpful. I have seen him since I was a young teen and continue to see him as an adult of 25. He has helped me so much and I couldn't imagine finding any better Doctor than him. His office and staff are also wonderful and courteous.
