Excellent practice and manner. Both Dr. Howard and his staff are very competent intelligent and compassionate. Would not go anywhere else.

My experience was terrifying due to the fact that I was there for a ? Melanoma excision from the back of my shoulder. I am lying face down on this narrow OR table for too long and when I adjust myself .... I fall off the table , knocking over the instruments on the mayo stand , embarrassed , but still totally alone , I put the instruments back on the mayo , climb up on the table , which I realize has has been pumped up to about 4 feet tall. No straps. No warning!! When it was all said and done ..... He would not take United Health Care !!!!

So sad!! Dr Howard doesn't have a "contract" with Aetna so they will not file my insurance. I will miss you Dr Howard, along with all other Texas Educators!!

Really great experience getting some acne scars worked on.

Called to schedule appointment and it was a 3 month waiting period! Then she made me feel as though she did not want to set up my appointment by telling me they only accept blue cross blue shield. Very rude office staff. Would not go again.
