Always very pleased with the Dr. Chappell & his staff. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but your treated very well when you get in to see the Doctor. He takes his time to make sure all your needs are met and your questions answered. I would recommend Dr. Chappell to anyone.

Dr. Chappell's office is very busy and sometimes the wait time is long, but he takes so much time with my husband it is all worthwhile. Dr. Chappell finds things other dermatologists miss and is open to alternative medicines like herbs. We can highly recommend his office.

Dr. Chappell is a very kind, considerate, knowledgable, caring specialist. When I found Dr. Chappell, my psoriasis was so bad and painful that I had to wear clean cotton gloves 24/7. I had lost all my finger and toe nails. I was completely disabled. I couldn't touch anything without suffering severe pain and bleeding. He took aggressive action; made an accurate diagnosis and set me on the path of complete recovery. We love this man and are eternally grateful to him for the excellent care and professionalism he provided. The waiting room time is often very long but worth it!

Waited over 3 hours, never seen the doctor. Left before they got to me.
