My other half has been there twice now and both times have been prescribed hard core pain medications. So of course he is addicted now. I'm sure he has ruined lots of families. Sorry a** practice. No wonder this country has a opioid crisis.

I'd read his reviews on Google which concerned me greatly. But upon going in to my 1st appt i thought the staff was friendly, they saw patients in a timely manner just maybe the reviews i read were over exaggerated. When i got in the back talking to the nurse she was so so friendly so i shared my initial concerns with what I'd read in the search engines. She assured me she saw some of them before she came there to work but usually it was people upset with the Dr because they were med seeking and he focused on alternative, which made since to me. But when he came to attend me he read my chart and asked why i was there. i told him several times my PCP sent me there to manage my pain. He looked at my x-ray results, mri results and asked again what was i there for. He went on to tell me i needed surgery which i told him I was aware of. To shorten this story is guy asked me several times why i was there, and told me several times he wasn't giving me meds. Guess what Google Readers I… N-E-V-E-R asked for meds not once. He was rude, very arrogant, down right obnoxious to deal with. When i got in my vehicle i cried. i'd never had a Dr like him before no bedside manner, smug without any care at all. Oh and by the way he gave me a script after telling me over and over he wasn't. I didn't fill it. I encourage new patients to stay clear of his practice.

I've had chronic pain for over 15 years.I'm a retired nurse,after 42 years of practuce. Dr. Tapolli is the BEST PAIN management dictor I've been to. And I've been to 3 pain clinics locally,, and to 1in HI and 2 in Knoxville TN. He has a caring attitude and offers MORE than pain pills!! His injections to my lower back have helped tremendously !!

Dr. Topalli has allowed me to avoid cervical surgery for the past two years. Without his care I could have never avoided surgery!!

Very knowledgeable in pain management and the working body. Always very clear on needed management of each area of patients' pain. Will do his best to make you feel better within the standards of the profession. Goes beyond when diagnosis of other problems arise especially with sending patients to get x-rays or mri for better clarification of the problems causing the pain. Looks at the entire picture in order to serve you the patient much better than giving meds for pain which is the simple solution. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Topalli for several years and feel his professional attitude and positive outlook on serving us has brought a more comfortable patient / doctor relationship. To us, he is an outstanding person and doctor and treats his patients with the best possible care that he can give.

This man is horrible. He has no compassion and does not care about his patients at all. If you can't afford the medications he calls in, that's just too bad because he won't review your medications or work with you for a plan B so you just don't get your meds and you suffer until your next 30 day review comes up. Worst doctor I have ever met, and he is also very RUDE.

I went to this doctor for almost a year and it was a horrible experience. During our one on one time he would never ask me any questions about my pain, how my medications are working, and the wait is usually 1.5-3hrs. He was very rude every time I got a chance to talk with him his phone would ring and he would tell me to hold on then talk on his phone for 10-15min.Worst of all, he would text, make calls, and answer incoming calls while he is suppose to be treating you. Ive never been treated worse at any doctors office in my life. This place is a joke. Topalli doesn't care about you all he wants is to take your money.
