She has no bedside mannor and not good at diagnosing problems and overall uninterested in proactive health care.

I love seeing Dr. Hodne but her front office staff needs improvement. One time I was there, the receptionist called me up to the desk to ask me a question and when I got up there, her cell phone rang and she answered it. She spoke with whomever was on the other line for 5 minutes about what she needed to get at the grocery store when she got off work as I'm standing there and able to hear every word of the conversation. I always have to wait to check out even when I've already paid my copay because the staff is talking with each other and doesn't bother to see what I need. Most of the time I just need to give them the check out form. Trying to get an appt is horrible too. It's gotten better recently but when I was newly pregnant, I had bronchitis and needed an antibiotic. So I called the office and they wouldn't get me in for 3 days. I told them I was pregnant and had asthma but it didn't matter. I ended up going to urgent care because I couldn't wait that long.
