I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reagan. From our very first consultation to my major procedure and through my recovery, she provided exceptional care every step of the way. She took the time to explain all of my options in detail, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident in my choices. Her kindness and genuine compassion match her skill as a surgeon. If you're looking for a doctor who truly listens and delivers exceptional care, look no further. I'm so grateful I found her.

I left this appointment feeling shaken and unheard. Going to the gynecologist is already vulnerable, and I trusted this provider to communicate clearly and listen. Instead, I felt dismissed and misunderstood. After the exam, I told the provider that I did not want her to be my doctor, but rather than respecting my self-advocacy, it felt like it was turned against me. My later interactions with the office staff were also very upsetting and left me feeling unsupported. Anyone who needs patience, explanation, and compassion during a vulnerable exam may want to proceed with caution. No one should leave a medical appointment feeling punished for speaking up.

"I found this doctor to have awful "bedside manner". I found her to be dismissive and judgmental. I came to her for a surgery consult. She suggested I try other treatments prior to surgery. She apparently didn't see in my chart that those things HAD ALREADY been tried. Very frustrating. It was a waste of copay funds. The office is also very understaffed and apparently over worked as well. Follow up calls when requested were non existent. Unfortunately, this doctor IS a specialist. So, limited options... but I would avoid if possible."

The only positive thing I can say is that she gave me a mirror to look at my woman parts while she did the exam. Otherwise, this lady is a waste of time. I came for issues following a hysterectomy and she completely dismissed me telling my symptoms were all in my head. Fast forward 5 months, still having the same issues and requested to see her. She stated I’d need a new referral and then tried to push me onto an ARNP because “she doesn’t see people for the issues you’re having” — she doesn’t even know what issues I’m having because I haven’t talked to her since the first visit AND she saw me the first visit and definitely saw me for them at the time. She seemed more anxious to get to lunch than to serve patients. Don’t waste your time.

Outstanding! Superb! Superior! Kind intelligent knowledge amazing bedside manner, great educator ... I could literally go on.. I am currently 1 week and 1 day post surgery and I’m in awe of how lucky I am to have had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived to my first appointment (late, stressed out and was even kinda rude ??.. begged for her to see me regardless of my punctuality or more like lack thereof) her staff was nothing short of exceptional! My surgery.. from the moment I arrived at the hospital until the moment I went home and even the following post surgery days at home the staff were kind and funny and I mean I can’t even express it in words .. my heart is so happy!!! I was treated start to finish as if I was the only patient they had ( which was not the case of course) so I will sing their praises! Dr. Krista Reagan is a talented surgeon and she’s cares she even checked in on me multiple times as well as answered many questions post surgery .. I am confident… in saying she will have changed my life for the better! .. I can’t thank the team enough for all they did for me!!

I took my mother to see her she listened attentively & Asked questions to ensure she had all the information and had understood Clearly what procedures my mom had done previously, she did a full exam & requested records immediately and ordered further tests. I was very impressed with her bedside manner, her care and the fact that she understood most of what my mom said in Spanish.

Dr. Reagan got me in early due to a cancellation. She took extra time and spent over an hour with me at my first visit. I would highly recommend her for your gynecological needs.

Needs to take an active concern, when listening to a patients concerns. When asked about time frame of procedures the response was "I go where I'm told to go". Luckily all Multicare doctors are not so cavilare.

nice doctor but going to have to go thru hoops to get treatment I want very unhappy. I already did PT, etc , etc, she needs to listen to patients
