Dr. Kristen Taylor Bracy, MD

My daughter and I both went in for a wellness visit with Dr. Bracy. We both were charged a OV/ specialist visit and a wellness visit. I called to question the extra $30 each for OV/Spec copay. I was also charged for lab blood work that I did not do. Aundrea Nash the RN Clinic Manager sent me a certified letter stating I'm terminated from the office due to lack of complicance with my Physcial care plan. I have had 5 pregnancies with another clinic and never had this happen before. When asked why I was billed an extra doctor visit I was told that the visit was about hormone issues. I went in for an annually pap only. The doctor had asked my daughter and I if we had any questions. I only asked the doctor when to expect menopause and mentioned my mother's health. My daughter questioned about the time frame to conceive after stopped birth control. BEWARE DO NOT ASK questions if you don't want to be billed for 2 office visits. This is insurance fraud.

She takes time at visits. She is very knowledgeable and up to date with treatments. She prayed at my bedside before surgery. She performed robotic hysterectomy and was discharged the same day from hospital. Cornerstone clinic is the best.

So kind, knowledgeable, and honest. She made such an awful situation better because of the amazing care she provided. She is an amazing provider.
