Dr. Chen botched a mole biopsy i had in the middle of my chest. She removed an unnecessarily large amount of skin around the area then slapped a bandaid on that bled through within an hour and now i need laser scar removal. She was late to the appointment and seemed in a rush. I will never go back to her and I'll seek a new dermatologist for my next mole check up.

I am thankful that I found Dr Chen. I used to see another provider in the network whose bedside manner was cold. Dr Chen is the opposite. She is welcoming, caring, helpful, and responsive.

Honestly, Dr. Chen was fantastic. Thorough, clear and very attentive to detail. Her positivity was contagious and I actually left the office feeling happier than when I arrived. I've since mentioned I wish everyone could have that experience.
