Dr. Kristen Marie Ghergurovich, MD

Moving on from Dr Gherguvich. Sick for months, no antibiotics. Won’t help with anxiety. If you have a cold, go see her. If you’re truly concerned for your health I would stay far away. She does not listen and does not seem to care truly care for her patients. More worried about metrics than actually helping her sick patients. After saying something and speaking up for myself she dumped me as a patient. She deserves no stars.

My last visit w/Dr Gherguvich, & it will be my last visit w/her, was a horrible experience. She does not truly listen to nor seem to care about her patients well being but rather focused on performing well on metrics. I presented to her office w/GI issues - she asked why I was there & her only advise was for me to go to the ED-before she even examined me or even looked at my labs. Ultimately I was dx'd w/salmonella poisoning & thankfully I was also under the care of another MD, a specialist, & recovered fully under their guidance w/o needing the ED.

If you only go to the doctor one a year for a physical, I’m sure she’s fine. But if you have any other issues, she’s very difficult to get ahold of. I was sick for 3 months before she gave me antibiotics. She refuses to let me see other doctors in other networks even though my insurance covers it. Every time I call to make an appointment she’s not in the office. One time her assistant told me she was not in the office that day, so I went to urgent care and I drove by her in the parking lot. I’m always referred to urgent care for my problems and it doesn’t feel like she cares at all.

Dr. Ghergurovich has been my PCP for many years. She has a wonderful bedside manner, so personable and nurturing. She is also a wonderful physician.

I have seen Dr. G. for a number of years now. She is thoughtful, responsive and respectful. Actually listens to you! I would highly recommend her.
